347 Audubon Place. Bonnie Blue is a costumed design 2900 sq. ft. home with two primary suites facing the beach in Audubon Place. Tile floors and granite countertops are throughout the home. The large kitchen has custom granite counter tops, custom cabinets and Kitchen-Aid appliances including double ovens and cook top. The family room also features a wet bar with a wine cooler and Scotts large cube ice maker. All four bedrooms have their own private entrances and private tile baths with granite counter tops. Both primary baths have large soaking tubs. Easy access to the bike trail and the Audubon Bird Sanctuary!
