329 Audubon Place. Lighthouse View-is a custom-built home on the beach in the gated Audubon Place community. The open family room features a cathedral bead-board wood ceiling with exposed beams, leather furniture and a 60 inch smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, farm sink, and custom cabinets and has all the amenities of home. The dining room has an 8-foot table that seats 10 people. The island and bar seats 6. The two primary suites open to the beachside porch with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico. Primary bedroom #1 has an ensuite bath with a soaking tub, subway tile shower, double sinks, and granite countertop. Primary bedroom #2 has a king size bed. The 3rd bedroom has two queen beds. The 4th bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds that feature built-in stairs with storage for little ones. Dog Friendly- $100 per dog. East end beach restoration project set to end at the end of April. Please message us before booking for more details!

Loved everything about Lighthouse View. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds. Clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Incredible beach and view. Will definitely be renting this house again. DI Real Estate was responsive and brought us a replacement grill.
Our week at Lighthouse View was amazing as always. The home is well maintained and has all of the necessities. We come to enjoy the beach and we did just that! Everything was great.
